Don't worry, we keep your card details secure and only use them to process your order through our trusted payment system. Seen Meem Return & Exchange:

Returns: You can return damaged or incorrect items for a full refund or replacement. You can return unopened items in their original condition within 24 hours of receipt if you’ve changed your mind. You’ll need to pay for return shipping.

To Return::

1. Take photos of the item.
2. Email sales@seenmeem.pk with the photos, your order number, and reason for return.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging.
4. You’ll receive a coupon for the item’s value once it’s received.

Exchanges:

You can exchange items within 7 days if they’re in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
Sale items can only be exchanged if they’re different from what you ordered.

To exchange:

1. Email sales@seenmeem.pk with your order number and what you want to
exchange it for.
2. They’ll send the replacement to you.

Cancellations:

Contact them ASAP to cancel your order. They usually ship within 2-3 days.

Exchange:
In-store/Online Returns & Exchanges:

You can exchange items within 30 days with your original receipt, unused with tags.
Exchanges depend on price adjustments (the price you paid is considered).
For online orders, email customer support within 30 days with photos of damaged items.
They’ll verify and arrange a pickup (they pay for it).
After verification, you’ll get a coupon for the item’s value (valid after 15 days).
Sale items are not exchangeable.
No cash refunds.

Order Cancellations:

You can cancel before the order is processed.
Once shipped, the exchange policy applies.
