ORDERING POLICY

    1. Each batch is exclusively hand crafted and made fresh, hence the weekly
      processing time.
    2. Our handmade skin care range requires a bit of care, please store in a cool, dry place without excess exposure to heat and light. Moisture may contaminate the product.
    3. Every skin type is different and is unique we offer best formulated products for all skin types and we provide exact that is in description but it is not always necessary that every ingredient suits so we don’t take guarantee for every customer.
    4. Patch test: Use a small amount of the product and apply it to the chosen area. Make sure to apply it as you would normally use it. Leave the product on your skin for at least 24 hours. Avoid washing the area during this time After 24 hours, check the test area for any signs of irritation, such as redness, swelling, itching, or burning. If you experience any of these symptoms, discontinue use immediately. If there is no reaction after 24 hours, you can repeat the patch test for a few more days to ensure there are no delayed reactions

Our Return & Exchange Policy lasts 15 days

    1. We can’t offer you exchange Refunds after 15 Days of Purchase.
    2. Exchange will be if Product is damaged, defected or wrong Sent by us.
    3. For Exchange email or WhatsApp us all details.
    4. We have no pickup facility so return shipping charges will be paid by the customer

Returns and Exchange During Sale or Discount Code

    1. NO REFUND ON SALE ITEMS OR During Discount Offer
    2. Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

REFUND POLICY

At Seen Meem, we want you to love your order. If you’re not completely happy for any reason, we gladly offer
a refund, exchange, or replacement within 7 days of receiving your items, as long as they’re returned in their
original condition, unopened, and unused.

International Delivery

We currently serve customers within Pakistan only. We hope to offer international shipping in
the future.

PAYMENT POLICY

We offer several convenient payment methods:
Cash on Delivery: Pay when your order arrives.
Direct Bank Transfer: Available for certain orders.
